We have called them countless times. The only respond they give us is we are still under normal processing time. Last time they asked us to wait till 15aug, and if we dont hear anything we can submit inquiry. But then we called and was told we cant submit inquiry until thw page is updated. Also, my husband tried to book an appointment with uscis, but the guy from uscis said it is very possible that they are gonna say the same "wait for update". So we didnt bothered to go to uscis.

They go by the timeline so frustaring how they work so slow compare to other Service Centers.  there has to be  something we can do about it.

Have you guys called already? I'm planning to do it later this week. PD Dec 8th. There are two cases ahead of us with the exact pd date and they also haven't been approved :/

I know right!! This is just getting on my nerves... i dont know if we can do anything other than to wait.

Yes we have called them multiple times. And we hace atleast 15 cases ahead of us same pd same service center, not approved.

i check the uscis app and it shows 2 after mine approved  so i don't know what is going on!

We are all waiting and don't understand why we were placed at NSC but don't stress yourself as I t will make u sick.

Hey guys, a November filer here (PD Nov 7 for NOA1 and STILL waiting for approval from Nebraska!): I just came here to check out whether any December filers have been approved. I don't understand how the Nebraska Service center works... the approval dates seem so random! I really hope we will all get approved soon!!

In case anyone is wondering: yes, we have called and emailed USCIS and contacted our representative to inquire about our case but USCIS just told us to wait. So I think we ran out of options... just have to wait for this random process to end

Wait for the uscis update to take place tomorrow the 15th... We hope it updates as they NSC is so off beat and slow of everything, so that's why I say we hope...

So i have been waiting today for a email a text message or update in a app.. Suddenly My Phone Rings its  Our Lawyer to tell us We were Approvedddddddd!!!!  thank You  Jesus that means approval  are on its way to several December filers. 9months to be exact

No it hasn't change nor received email from uscis nor letter in the mail. just our Lawyer gave us the news. just now.
