Okay i am starting to panic now😣😣 what is going on in NSC??? This is really getting out of hands. What if we dont hear anything even after uscis update thier page? Submit inquiry??? And what if they keep us waiting, saying we have a lot of inquiries to work on. OMG what are we gonna do? People got their visa in 10-11 months last year. Why are we stuck???

S and A,

I think where the problem lies is NSC was slow to begin with and when every one knew that the immigration filing fees were to increase, they started submitting in their petitions, plus we had the election going on and knowing Trump could become president and knowing he wanted to change immigration everyone started submitting in all their petitions and over loading everything...

Keep in mind the NSC was already slower then any other service center and last month CSC STOPPED processing petitions for US Citizens filing 1-130's for their spouse so all those petitions they used to process got transfered. If everyone remembers NSC didn't really advance last months in the processing dates, so honestly all of us stuck in hellbraska got the shitty end of this deal..

Yes it's stressful and brings many tears and after iscis does updates this month and we see no results then we must call Tier 2 supervisors and submit inquires as this is too much now... Let's just hold out until we see the updates from uscis on or before the 15th saying what there process dates will be.... It better NOT SAY

NOV 26 & 1/2....

Dear sundee!

Thank you for responding! And you are right about why is processing getting late. My husbad told me the same. But the question is many of 3, 4 dec and later dec got approved. While you, me and another atleast 15 5dec filers have not heard anything. One filer of pd 3 dec got approved on 27 july and its septemeber now. Why are they keeping some filers awating. This is the thing i dont understand. And yes they better NOT say 26 1/2.

I wish I knew the answer as to why we are over looked. I get upset every time I see that others past our dates getting approved even tho I'm happy for them, but come on... IT'S OUR TURN..

Some of just started getting messages that our approved cases were sent to the Department of State on Sept 1st.

So even if you got approved a few days apart we probably all went together.

As I've read before they do certain things at certain times of the month, so seeing no approvals means they've been working on something else, possibly this.
