My Priority date was December 22/2016, Notice date  Jan 03, 2017, Case was received at Potomac, May 26th, 2017, case was sent to NBC, lee summit MO. 

July , 31st 2017, Did an inquiry online about why your case is taking longer than our processing time and was told case is pending adjudication.

On August 21, 2017, I called and did another inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing... Haven't head anything again from them.

I also did an inquiry about being outside of the processing times and have heard nothing...

Well guys, September 6 will mark exactly 9 months for us. Yesterday was my birthday and for a split second I thought, "an approval would be the best gift I could receive"....

And then I realized it was Saturday 😒

 

Praying that this new week brings lots of approvals and hopefully an update to the USCIS timetable.

Iam so happy to say that today by mail i got a letter finnaly

 my priority date is december 9 2016 .today sep 5 just got my aproval for my i130 with date of approval of august 30. Like 270 days of waithing 

Dont loose faith in the sistem is not updated i was becoming crazy every day . crying and feeling alone and lost. But i just want to give you hope and to say that you are not alone. Soon you all will get your approval. Best wishes...💧💧🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎈🎈🇺🇸🇺🇸

Hey there!! Congratulations! I am happy for you! May the rest of the process be easy. Thank you for sharing this with us as this gives us hope. My PD is Dec 6 and i have still to hear from uscis. I hope it's good news that we all hear. Wait is intense.
