PD 12/12 (NSC) 246 days waiting...hoping we all hear good news soon.

PD is on 12-6-2016 which is 251 days waiting as of now. I hope its good news for December filters. It was getting slow in November 2016 as it only moved 10 days in about a months time and its during holiday thanksgiving.

We all are stuck together. its ok just wait for this month i hope august will bring good news.

We got our approval letter today. NOA1 was December 6th and notice date was August 9th. It's been a few business days but my online status still says Case Received. I have been stalking other cases using the USCIS app, but there were very few approvals and a ton of RFE. Now I wonder how many are actually approved and just not updated online. Just wanted to give an update. There's light at the end of the tunnel guys!

I forgot to mention that my husband contacted his senator about the delay. We sent a request near the end of July, and we got a reply from the senator's office dated August 3rd saying that our case hasn't been assigned yet. This may or may not have gotten our case in the hands of an officer. My husband is convinced that it helped, but I personally think it's a coincidence. Hope this is helpful to anyone still waiting.

Congratulations! We have the same PD Dec 6th and even though it's so obvious that USCIS certainly does not work in the order that petitions were received, this makes me hopeful that ours will be coming soon. Fingers crossed! I hope the next step of the process goes quickly for you!

Our I-130 was approved yesterday 8/15/17!

 

PD: 12/2/16

Office: Nebraska Service Center

Approval date: 8/15/17

 

I am a US Citizen, my husband is from Mexico and has been in the US for 12 years. We've been married for one year and together for 10 years. Next we will start on the i-601a waiver. Hopefully that process is quicker!

There is a good news 

i have recieved today my approval by mail 🎉🎉🎉

the date the letter issued is 10 August 

but till now i didin't recieve any email and status still as is in uscis website 

 

i think there is alot of approval but didn't updated in the internet system
