Interview Scheduled: Jan 2nd - I managed to get someones canceled appointment the very same day my case status turned to Ready.

Biometrics: Mexico City Dec 27th Medical: Mexico City Dec 28th

Case says READY but consulate says case is not in system, I jumped the gun and booked an interview but they say its invalid until I receive the letter so I might have to cancel it.

Appointment Letter: Flew to Juarez just to get this, its actually 2 letters you need.

Interview Day: Jan 2nd   Interview Result: APPROVED

Tracking Number Received: Via email notice and website the afternoon of Jan 4th    Visa Delivered: Friday Jan 5th Mexico City

USCIS Notice - Green Card mailed: 3/28/18

Hello everyone, 

I need your help :( 

My husband applied for me from Seattle WA in Nov. I recieved a notice of action form- I797C in Nov. 18 .2016

We haven't recieved anything till now, it's been 6 months now and we are getting worried !! 

Please if you can tell me what should we expect regarding the time frame? 

Also, we are 4 months pregnant, is this situation might help expidite the whole process ?? 

 

P.s my husband is a green card holder and he will apply for citizenship in sep 2017

Hi. I think the Green card holder petition takes a lot longer than the U.S citizen. The six month period is actually not a long wait in these days.

Finally got approved on May 15, 2017 through regular mail. They still haven't updated the online system.....off to NVC....YAYYY!!

I don't think that being pregnant makes it go faster.  Immigration is unfortunately just a nightmare and everyone has to wait their turn.

My I-130 was submitted by my husband on Dec 12, 2016. It was sent to Nebraska Center. Still waiting:( 

I heard this center is the slowest one:( Please let us know here if you have any updates

My NOA1 date is Dec 12! Nebraska also. The light at the end of the tunnel is beginning to show finally! Hopefully we all shall hear something soon!:wacko:
