Also we dont' have affidavit of support since we r only showing bank balance to complete the requirement. Please someone guide me how to start and have all the documents ready. Also how many pics we need to take with us ?

What documents you need to bring exactly will depend a bit on your embassy; check the embassy website and hopefully some local memebrs will come along and answer that.

You need an affadavit of support (I-864) even if you use assets, they want that legally binding form.

As to photos, it depends on how much other evidence you have. If you live together, and are bringing proof of that, a few photos will do, from special occasions such as weddings, the firts photo of you together you have, photos with eachother's families etc. If you only visited until now, a few photos of each visit, ideally with family members too.

Hi!

I'm also in the UAE!

We got an email that had information on what to bring, fit example, they asked us to bring my husband's birth certificate WITH a translation, which I thought was weird, because his birth certificate is in Arabic....

They also said to bring the signed aos.

Lastly they said to bring proof of relationship... But we've always used the kids' birth certificates, since we have 2....

When was your case complete? Which day is your interview?

My husband's interview is in January 3rd :)

USCIS

Jan 15th noa 1

April 4th noa2

NVC

Received case April 22

June 20th CASE COMPLETE?

Interview date: waited 160 days, January 3 ... APPROVED! VISA COLLECTED JANUARY 5
