Changing address from abroad to US

Is it worth doing it? We applied while living abroad and were hoping it would get expedited since we were living abroad. We're now already at almost 3.5 months since our NOA1 so obviously that's a moot point now.

Since we applied, we've come to the US. We're both here now, my husband will go back to Argentina for a while at the end of the month and then hopefully be able to return while we're waiting for this process to wind through the necessary channels.

My question is - is it worth doing a change of address and putting my US address now? (We still have our Argentina residence so there is no necessity to change the address).

I think you should change your address. Is your husband on a tourist visa while he is in the States? You could have file for and adjustment.
