They gave me the blue slip says:

Based on the information ascertained through the visa interview and through documentary materials, consular officers do not believe that there is a bona fide fiance/spousal relationship between Petitioner and Beneficiary. If you have any other evidence to present which would convince a reasonable person that the relationship exists for a reason other than immigration, please submit it.

What should we do? We submit all the evidences (phone bills, email, chat log, travel photos, travel tickets, hotel's receipt, cards, letters, photos of engagement party.) we have. How do i prove our relationship is true?

Do i resubmit all the evidences again?

Thuy,

In this paragraph, I saw that they said "if you have any other evidence to present which would convince a reasonable person that the relationship exists for a reason other than immigration, please submit it." .

So, now is the time you go to look for more evidences from his first K1 case. You must write down clearly where his first fiance is living now and if she had new partner yet?? If yet, write down his address as well. It means you or your fiance has to look for information about the first fiance and the concerned information.

Besides, you must try to get the letter from her to say and explain clearly about their case, why they were broken and why they didn't want to continue the K1 visa, she must confirm that their case is the real relationship, they broke up because of loving relationship. It's not easy to get this evidence, I think that you may have to ask for help from the third person to get this evidence.

Please try one more time to do again to see what happen.

Thuy,

You have a very tough case to crack this time. Your utmost devotion is more than ever needed. The Consulate twice think your fiancee commits immigration fraud, so having a lawyer represents you guys seems appropriate. Good luck

I used to be indecisive. Now I am just not sure ...
