After approval, what to prepare? Change of address in the US?

Hello -

I completed our interview, was approved(per 29 Nov 2016). (YAY!!!).

Checked the CEAC website and our status has been changed from 'READY' to 'ISSUED'.

I'm a little angsty as when will I hear back about my passport / related documents. I suppose it should be ready in 5 to 10 days after interview am I correct?

Also, I might have to be in the US by February 2017 (6 months after the date of my medical). I know I only have more or less 10 weeks before my departure, do I need to prepare anything for the next stage of the petition?? Could someone direct me to a link that will allow me to see what sort of documentations I need to prepare?? Anything I should really prepare ahead of time??

IMPORTANT question: In our petition we always listed my fiance's sister home address in PA as our intended address when in the US as we were both residing out of the US throughout the whole process of our petition. In reality we are most likely to use LAX as our POE and most likely will be settling ourselves in California. This change of address process will be easily done via online correspondence with USCIS am I correct?
