is there anyone one here experience for a second interview after 212 white paper.,? what happen to the second interview?

what is the difference of 212g, and 212(a)(5)(A)

Hi,

A 212G is a waiver of inadmissibility into the USA which can take effect after the following can be proved:

• The spouse, parent, unmarried son or daughter, or minor unmarried lawfully adopted child of
  • A U.S. citizen; or
  • An alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence; or
  • An alien who has been issued an immigrant visa

• A self petitioner under the Violence Against Women Act (VA WA)

• The fiance( e) of a U.S. citizen or the fiance(e)’s child.

The 212 A5A is given when there is evidence of "marriage for immigration benefits" or the application was petitioned fraudulently or with misleading information which led the officer to believe that the marriage was not entered in good faith.
