Approvals only on cases that got transferred (from what I see in timeline). Not transferred cases from November getting approved daily at CSC, same way as the transfers never happened. December next.

My wife and I submitted our I751 in December 2016 (12/5/2016 receipt date).  She did biometrics in January 2017.  Got the passport stamp in January 2018.  We applied to WAC but have since had to relocate from UT to OH for business (filed change of address in July 2017).  Our most recent action is that on Feb 26, 2018, the case was received by our local office...not sure what that means...it doesn't say which office that is (we got the passport stamp in Cleveland).  We also did not receive any notification in the mail and had to report that we did not receive the notice.

 

We're both very frustrated by the lengthy process but reading through this forum it looks like the long wait is normal.

You will see some progress in 2 weeks

Just spoke with a tier 2 USCIS officer and I was told that my case was reviewed in April of 2018 and that its not as if cases are left untouched. When i asked her about the fact that some Jan 2017 cases are approved ahead of Dec 2016 cases, she said that cases are approved on case by case basis. She also added that I should call back in 2 to 3 months from now if it still remains the same. I filed in Dec 2016 CSC.

Hi guys, I am a December 2016 filer for the CSC service center, I frequent this post over the last year, I just got my approval in the mail today just now after getting home. :) Hopefully others will be hearing positive news soon...

Congratulations! Your approval is from CSC or your case has been transferred to another jurisdiction prior that? I wonder what’s your case statuses showing? My last update was at February and nothing since

Thank you! I just received my GC today in the mail - so happy this process is done! I was worried I didn't provide enough evidence in my application because I read so many posts here about people providing tons of evidence. My application was less than half an inch thick, lol. I provided copies of our house rental lease agreements, car lease, utility bills, my health/retirement benefits showing my spouse as my dependent/beneficiary, joint bank account, tax return, marriage license certificate, and two personal affidavits. Maybe it helped that my application was simple. Anyway, I wish you good luck if you are still waiting, I hope you are approved soon.
