@NeyNey876 that reminds me the lady said December fillers should start seeing approval in the next few days coz she told me I should hear something between 7 to 60days . I know she is talking based on the timeframe it ll take to process my case but I ll wait till Monday and see what I get in my mail . Cheers

Hi Lordofemrys,

Thank you very much for sharing these with us.  I guess the timeframe the officer mentioned is for people solely filed ROC right?

I'm anxiously waiting for the mail too. No sure what that transfer means to me. Did you file N 400?

@frigatebirdOh yes I did file n400 December 7 2017 ! And my case is still actively being reviewed 😆 . I know before December all this ll b history . #Selfbelieve

@Lordofemrys Same here. My N 400 stays the same as yours, nothing new after bio-metrics review on 2/5/2018. Recently I didn't see any ROC approved by itself while N 400 is there.

9/19/2014: AOS Package (i130, i485, i765 and i131) sent to Chicago lockbox using USPS Certified mail

12/3/2014: EAD and Advanced Parole in Production :dancing:

12/12/2014: EAD/AP Card received

1/23/2015: Interview is Scheduled for February 27!

1/28/2015: Interview Letter Received

3/10/2015: Greencard Received

 

12/3/2016: Filed i751 at California Service Center

 

12/4/2016: Filed N400 - Dallas TX

 

2/18/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

2/26/2018: i751 Case received at Local Office

1/5/2018: i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

3/5/2018: Another update saying i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

Hey let us know what it says.. I don't think I'll be home until 3-5pm this afternoon but it looks like we are getting the same transfer notice so keep us posted lol :)

Unfortunately those of us seeing the transferred to local office update aren’t getting the same movement. Hopefully something soon!

Also receiving transfer letter today as well. From what I read most cases that were actually transferred to another center such as Nebraska got adjudicated quickly after such a transfer and I do hope this is the case. I hope this I-751 gets cleared out of the way before my N 400 interview coming up in a few months time.

Adjustment of Status From F-1 Visa.

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.

3/4/2015: Interview completed and APPROVED!

3/5/2015: Welcome notice mailed and I-130 Approved.

3/10/2015: Welcome notice and I-130 approval notice received.

3/12/2015: Green card mailed.

3/14/2015: Green card delivered.

Removal of Conditions: 

12/14/2016: Mailed I-751.

12/19/2016: NOA issued.

01/26/2017: Biometrics.

05/03/2018: I-751 transfered to NBC.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 Interview.

05/14/2019: I-751 APPROVED.

Naturalization:

12/02/2017: Mailed N 400 to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox. (I-751 still pending)

12/05/2017: Package delivered in Phoenix, AZ. Transferred to Harrisonburg Processing Center.

12/07/2017: Notice of action issued. (IOE)

12/26/2017: Biometrics.

01/23/2019: Interview Scheduled for 2/27/2019.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 interview. N-400 recommended for approval.

05/16/2019: N-400 APPROVED! Placed in line for oath ceremony.

05/17/2019: Oath ceremony notice mailed.

06/12/2019: Swearing in Ceremony! Finally a U.S. citizen!
