I'm still stuck on the fee waived thing. I think I will call uscis tomorrow and find out what's going on. Its been stagnant for me since I filed. At least yours is moving and you can see it.

@Davejj everyone's still says fee waived. However if you use the 1st receipt number you received on you NOA that previously gave an error message. Than receipt number is the number that is now providing transfer information. Additionally, if you create an account on the dhs website you will still get the fee waives messages using the receipt # from your biometric appt. But the original NOA notice will give you the transfer notices. All that to say use your first receipt number.

Hope that helps! :)

Just used my 1st receipt and it says on 5th of march 2018, my case was transferred to the local office. Does it mean we will be getting interview notices?

I just called USCIS today, asked about whether my case is in CSC or local office. The officer confirmed the update of the other receipt # is a glitch that everybody got that transfer message due to their system upgrade. He emphasized when checking the case status always use the number on the bio-metrics receipt, not the number used to show error. And tell me call back after 2 months to confirm with them for the case progress.

I don't know what it means honestly. So i cannot factually answer your question. Everyone has a theory about whether a transfer happened or not. Some are being told it was a glitch, others are reporting they did receive transfer notices in the mail, while others are being told that files where moved out of storage into IO phyical officers. So..... we keep praying & waiting!

I received a call from a t2 officer yesturday ( in resonse to a call I had made on 3.9.2018 about the transfer online notice) I was told that my case was originally recieved at CSC (where I sent it on 12.2016) but she said it was accedently then sent to Potomac Service Center, & then was transferred back to CSC thats why I got the online transfer notice 🤷🏽. I knew that was inaccurate so i didnt even ask anymore questions.....just WAIT & pray.

Wow!!!! 19months.

At least we know for a fact that even though the CSC says it working on cases from Aug 31;we know that they are working October 2016 application's. So it might be over stated. Lol HOPE!

A few weeks ago I inquired through the website about processing times and today I just got this in the mail. Why they would transfer my case to Queens Filed Office, when it should be Philadelphia, is beyond me. The Queens office has 16-18 months processing times as opposed to VSC 12-15.
Anyone else got this type of notice?

Ok, so I heard back from Tier 2 and she said the case is in transfer now but she can't see where it's being transferred. She did mention it's weird that I heard from Queens office because most likely the case will be transferred to Philadelphia local office - for interview. The name and DOB notices I saw in the my.uscis.gov site, are most likely glitches she thinks. The transfer should take up to 3 weeks, hopefully from the notice date of March 5th.
