It’s really hard for me to go on with my ROC. Ofcourse, I feel so nervous since Dec 2016 because I am already separated. Just trying to keep my faith because I know and people around me knows that I entered in good faith. I’ve experienced worst relationship ever, but I decided to forgive and go on with my life. Hoping for the best to all of us! God bless us all!

Understandable, it's not been easy for you. After this is done, I believe your faith will be stretched. Trust God carries you through this, and your faith and patience will be rewarded.

I recieved a mail, its I-797 NOA of Transferring. I filed my case Dec 2016 in CSC, I called USCIS yesterday and the officer told me that everything is normal. They transferred mine in TSC, I also my Attorney regarding this, he said there’s nothing to worry about. Everything is in normal process.

My NOA is also 12/8/2016, I got the same updates as you did- 2/26/2018 received in local office. That means it could be a lot of transfer to TSC, but not every person receives the paper transfer notice.

Hello everyone, we went today to get another extension year. Everything was good, they stamped my passport and The officer was so nice. She confirmed my case is still in CA never transferred.

I asked her about filing n400 while having  pending i751. She said legally I can but I could have one of the following:

1. They may approve my i751 in the interview of n400 and that's the best case.

2. They may hold my n400 until i751 gets approved.

3. They may denied the n400 because of pending I 751. (Worst case). If the n400 denied, we have to pay a application fee.

I asked for suggestions, she said she couldn't because she has seen all 3 cases happened the some applicants.

Best St of luck for all of us

first two scenarios make sense to me, the third one is brutal. Maybe it happens, but now I-751 takes longer than one year, they can't reject the case because I751 is pending....my lawyer told me the first two options but she never mentioned the third one. I want my -751 get approved first since LA office takes 8-10 months for the N400 application.

I think your attorney never mentioned the third one is because N 400 maybe not be approved right away if I 751 is still pending. But it is legal to apply N 400 when I 751 is pending, thus there is no ground to deny N 400 because of that.

There seems to be a few people getting physical notices of their case being transferred in the mail, as of yet I've had nothing, anyone else in the same position, CSC filer but no physical notice of transfer?

If the transfers are due to a workload shift, then it would make sense that cases close to the front of the queue would be retained at the CSC site. (So that, instead of sending all cases filed from September, 2016 through March, 2017 to other sites--for example--and having the CSC staff jump directly to April, 2017 filers, they would instead keep the late 2016 filers to be processed at CSC in the near future.) That's just a guess as to what is going on, though, who really knows?

That's a very good point, it's logical anyway but then again when has USCIS ever been logical, as always we better just sit tight and wait.

I'm a csc dec 2016 filer and nothing yet. No transfer notice or anything in the mail. My online status still says fees were waived. This is getting very frustrating.

I had the same thing before.. fees waived since I filed mine last December 2016 then this March, I recieved a another NOA of Transferring then they provided new reciept number. I called the USCIS about this, because I was so confused. Then, the agent told me I’m on a normal process, they just transferred my case in TSC from CSC because of backlogged. The agent from USCIS told me to check my status using my new reciept provided. Now, I can see what are they working now unlike before its only fees waived everytime I checked it.

I'm still stuck on the fee waived thing. I think I will call uscis tomorrow and find out what's going on. Its been stagnant for me since I filed. At least yours is moving and you can see it.
