I filed my ROC last 12/02/2016 in CSC and now I just recieved a letter notice of transferring in Texas Service Center? Does anyone have the same experience like mine? Thank you!

@Family❤️ maybe those are the transfer notices that the system says we should be recieving by 3.28.2018. Maybe our vases were not transferred to local field office but to our state servicing offices. Does you online status say your case was transferred?

My online status didn’t changed. It’s still, fees are waived blah blah. Hoping for the best. God bless us all!

No, but congratulations!! Your transfer is legit unlike the case status updates online.  When I filed status request, I got a confirmation letter from Texas cervice center even my case is confirmed to be at CSC. I've been told it's totally normal. They probably transfer cases to speed up the process. Great news though, your case is moving!

Hi Family,

The transfer notice you received is paper letter?

Woaah! Yes, I recieved my notice of transfer through mail. I ask my Attorney, he said it’s normal and nothing to worry about. Because CSC cannot adjudicate our 751 right away and theres backlogged. I also called in USCIS yesterday, the agent told me they were doing like 4k cases for September 2016. Good luck to all. I’m praying for all of us! ☝🏻🙏🏻

@Family❤️ did you check your case using your Wac # on your first NOA?  The WAC # that used to always give an error message. And also use the uscis.account website. That has more details.

I see, I didnt't know they also send paper notice for transferring to local office. I didn't get paper notice, only online status changed as everybody else. I'm wondering if they send paper notice selectively?

BTW, you mentioned "Texas service center", is that your local office?

Yes it is Paper. 179 NOA “Trasferring Notice”. We filed in CSC, they just told me now to the paper that it was transferred in TSC.

Hope it is a good movement on your case and will speed up the process. Did you apply for N-400 as well?

ROC -"CSC"

I just checked my case status using the new reciept number that I recieved from the mail today. It tells the same, that my case was trasferred in TSC from CSC. I recieved paper notice via mail I-797 NOA of Transferring.

I think your case transfer is very special as you have a new receipt #. Ours doesn't have a new # with the bulk update.

Hmm, I just filed my ROC alone. I’m already divorced with my Ex husband. I can’t see any special reason, coz some of us had same situation like mine. Based on my Attorney, everything is normal, a lot from CSC transferred in different service center.

I see, thank you very much for sharing. I wish you will have it approved smoothly. Keep us updated, all the best to you.
