Hey guys, I'll make this to the point - sorry in advance if I am asking a question that has already been asked.

I made an infopass to get the stamp as my extension letter is close to expiring and still haven't heard back yet anything.

The documents I am going to bring to the Infopass appointment for the stamp are;

1) Passport

2) The 1 Year extension letter

3) SS Card / Number

4) Drivers License

5) The Biometrics appointment letter (Form I-797C?)

Is this enough documentation for them to give me the stamp?

I managed to get an appointment on the InfoPass website (nightmare)... 2 weeks before my extension  letter is due to expire! I'd hate to get there and them turn me away.

Thanks guys!

Yes, that sounds about right. Got mine about a month or so ago.

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

Hi thanks for your response, but the entire reason I made my post was because the 'Bring all immigration forms, receipts etc' instructions was so vague, if I were to bring all my forms and receipts since the start of my K1 Visa process it would be overkill?!

I see in your post history you recently got the stamp, would you be able to be alittle more specific on what they asked you for at your appointment, it would be more helpful - thanks!

I waited until midnight like someone suggested over here and got my appointment right at 12:00. Right now it is 5:30am and there are no appointments available, so definitely for the people looking for an appointment - midnight is the time to go.

I’m not done yet in my appointment. But says on the checklist, bring all immigrations form related to your case. You’re done ing K1visa.. so your case now is I-751 which is Removal of Condition. All you have to do, bring your reciept, biometric, extension letter etc that related to your Removal of Condition. Goodluck to all of us!

Exactly so.  For my infopass appointment, they looked at my Extension letter, my green card, other government ID and my passport.  Because my green card is in my maiden name, but I've requested a name change, she also looked at my marriage license.   I had taken my entire ROC file (my copy of the application and my supporting documents) but it was unnecessary. This list was enough.

my USC Spouse called in to ask about my biometrics appointment, I'm a Dec 2017 Filer.

And the officer told us that VSC is currently on Nov 2016 cases, in case you guys are waiting!

Nice! Thats good news because a month ago they were doing August cases.

My appointment is Monday morning, I hope the infopass immigration centers will still be open with this whole government services shutting down I keep hearing about.

I can’t believe after four years of living and working here with my wife  I’m still doing this process, it’s so completely ridiculous!

I know. My infopass is on Tuesday. I hope they’re open.

Since the application process is funded by our fees, the process continues (including appointments) until the money runs out.  Not sure how long that takes, but it will be ok.

The last shutdown happened while I was in the K1 process, and I don't remember anyone commenting on loss of appointments, or a noticeable slowdown at the start.

I'm not planning on traveling out of the country any time soon, but looks like I have to schedule an infopass appointment anyway because the DMV won't let me renew my license with an expired green card and extension letter. It's been almost 14 months since USCIS received my application. I've been patient up until now, but this has become and giant pain is the ### <_<
