I listed 5 years for all info, except for the travels. For that, I listed only the last three years since I became a permanent resident, as we were out of the country before that. They do see on which basis you are applying (3 vs 5 years), so I don't think that's a problem.

Got it, that makes sense. Did you put a note somewhere or mention that you are including travel information only for 3 years since that's the basis for your application?

I did not.

The officer should/will know on which basis I'm applying, and if there's any doubt, they will ask, and I will tell them. Either way, I have all records in a spreadsheet, so I will bring that with me. I doubt it'll be needed though.

Best of luck!

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

Hi all,

Just received today my I-797 announcing my request for removal of conditional basis has been approved, and I should receive a new card in 60 days.

My biometrics appointment (in Elizabeth NJ) was I think somewhere around January. I filed December 17th 2016.

And FYI, to this day the USCIS page only shows "fees were waived".

Best wishes to all! :)

CSC is stuck on August. With that speed we would see a movement of in this thread in like 5 months

Its a sucky situation but I refuse to let this whole thing make me go bald so I will stick to Crown Apple and Ginger ale and my Yoga sessions!

I expect 5 months for them to start our piles too. Only saw a few CSC August filers got approved recently, and USCIS website remains the update as of Sept. 30, 2016. It's been almost 2 months since that date, they should have moved on to open Sept. piles, although they may still make decisions on the rest of August filers.

I know what you mean.  Everyone filing at VSC were commenting about their bad luck.  Regardless, congrats to everyone that has already been approved.
