Processing times changed just by 2 days from June 7th 2016 to June 9th 2016 after 1 month. With the current icy rate at which this is going it will be a cold day in hell even in December for us to start seeing approvals. Get your N 400's ready and send them in December once you 90 day window opens.

Any news on the dec 2016 filers?

What documents did your airline agents check? are they familiar with extension letter?

Thanks! I need to travel soon and I am a little concerned about the letter because my last name was misspelled. They updated it in the system only. They dont usually send a replacement for noa. I went to infopass appointment today. The officer said that at the port of entry they will use only my alien #. I am worried about airline agents...

If you have more evidence, even without getting a RFE, should I send it to them? Asking since my 2nd child is about to be born in 4 weeks, so I figured I could send the birth certificate if that helps... do I just make a copy and send to the processing center?

USCIS still on june 15 2016 for ROC. We are in for a long wait as it seems. We Decembers might not be seeing approvals until early 2018. 😢 😢 😢

Early 2018? That's wishful thinking..it's already taking 13+ months to adjudicate filings..if this progress rate remains steady, you are looking nice at mid to end of 2018. CSC is not even through with half of June filers and it's probably going take them 2 more months to get through with June 2016 filers?

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

More Importantly, I am a proud Anti-Fascist!

But from what Service center?

CSC, with an interview, so most likely a specific case and not the norm.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

Whether its the norm or not, its an encouragement for those of us still waiting.☺☺☺

I highly doubt it, so we'll have to agree to disagree.

Furthermore, the November filer that got approved received the interview letter in March, which means, somebody "touched" his/her file back in March, and not now.

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.
