I think a couple months ago they were processing May 29 2016 applications, now they're on June 7 2016. Months for them to process a weeks worth of applications. Pretty crazy

Wow basically that makes a year long wait to hear back from USCIS for i752 as of current proceeding time. So if we filed in December 2016 we should only expect news by December 2017? Based on timeline when I was filing I though the worst case it would be October 2017...and now seems like December? 🤔

Yeah, around a year seems to be the norm these days. At the beginning of this I honestly thought this was gonna be a 6 month thing at most, but now I'm going to be very surprised to hear anything before December. But thats a long time from now, who knows, maybe things will get better and USCIS will pick up the pace. Or maybe it'll get worse, it's anyones guess haha

So I just moved to New Jersey and the guy at the DMV gave me a "temporary immigrant status" drivers license -_- And he made my license expire next year in February on the date that the extension letter expires -_- so if i dont get my greencard by then i cant drive or do anything -_-

At least in NY when I had my employment authorization document they gave me a 10 year license that just said that my residency would expire in a year but I can still drive etc.

Also I got a new job and I don't know how they will like my "temporary immigrant status" drivers license ... this sucks.

Damn that sucks. My driver license expires the same day as my extension letter as well. They've never made my drivers license valid for more than a year since I moved here. I joked about spending more time at the DMV than most Americans, which my husband confirmed is true..compared to him at least.

Do you have any idea if the passport stamp you get when you're close to the expiration counts for anything in your situation?

Hi all  -  Received my NoA late October 2016 and I had my biometrics done December 8th. There is still no update when I log into my USCIS Case status.
I see California Processing Centre is at June 7, 2016.
Anyone have any other updates??

Thanks.

How y'all doing just wanna share my experience travelling with extension letter . I left the states for Nigeria on the 10th of may and I got back to the state today 13th of June with no issues coming back with extensionletter. The immigration officer only ask two questions how long I stayed in Nigeria and what I do here in the states.  After that he told me I should hear from the immigration soon as per my petition. So to all December 2016 filers, let's hang in and hope for the best.

Processing times changed just by 2 days from June 7th 2016 to June 9th 2016 after 1 month. With the current icy rate at which this is going it will be a cold day in hell even in December for us to start seeing approvals. Get your N 400's ready and send them in December once you 90 day window opens.

Technically, the passport stamp should work just like the extension letter, but who knows.  My wife's DL was issued for five years, so I am not too worried for us, but I certainly understand your situation.

Hello fellow December filers!

Just joined the site, I also filed for removal of conditions in December (December 17th I think). Had my biometrics appointment done in the beautiful and touristic Elizabeth NJ around January 16th. Since then, nothing.

Also have quite a bite of experience travelling with the extension letter. Never an issue, just show to immigration officer and done.

One question: Since the date of my green card expired, I've been reluctant to use the Global Entry kiosks. Anyone tried using them with an expired GC (and extension letter of course). Jut last Friday had to endure one hour in line for immigration...
