I called and they said I have to wait , they see the case was approved and Ill tehy told me it ws to wait.  Bad thing I can't even check online... Can someone update the page with all the approvals we have in December so far?

I guess majority people in this thread got approval, those who used to maintain the chart all got their approval.

Someone like us still waiting are the minority, you filed for N400 too right?

Has anyone received an updated I-797 yet? It would definitely help us re-enter US easier, on top of the 551 stamp.

As of June 11, 2018, petitioners who file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, or Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status, will receive a Form I-797 receipt notice that can be presented with their Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card, as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on their Permanent Resident Card.

We are making the change from 12 to 18 months because current processing times for Form I-751 and Form I-829 have increased over the past year.

Additionally, we will issue new Form I-797 receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents whose Form I-751 or I-829 was still pending as of June 11, 2018. Those Form I-797 receipt notices will also serve as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on petitioner’s Permanent Resident Card.

As a reminder, conditional permanent residents who plan to be outside of the United States for a year or more should apply for a reentry permit by filing Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, before leaving the country. Read more information on our Green Card webpage.

Yes, I received mine. The funny thing is, my card has already been expired for 17.5 months so the letter is only valid for two weeks...

It looks to me like all the approvals are from people who haven't filed N400, those of us who have both N400 and I-751 filed are still waiting to hear on either.

That's messed up. Is this supposed to replace the 551 stamp or accompany it? I'm confused.

I didn't receive the updated i797, my NOA is 12/08/2016. And I filed for N 400 this January. It looks like a bad idea now as CSC kicked my ROC to NBC.

Do you have an idea what is NBC time frame to schedule the N 400 interview/ combo interview?

Yes and my interview is next month . Even my senator got back to me that Uscis confirmed that they have sent my I 751 to my local office so I assume it’s just to adjudicate it together with n400. Wbu did you have an interview date yet?

Nice, when did you file N400?

No idea, I wish I did. When I filed for N400 people were saying on the forum that their I751 was processed faster after filing for naturalization, doesn't appear to be the case any more haha.
