So i'm still out of the country and have no clue when and if USCIS scheduled my biometrics appointment.. I'm assuming I'm scheduled for either the 5th or the 6th and will find out on the 2nd when I return to the US. They usually scheduled biometrics 1 month after the date of the NOA1 so hopefully all good.. I'll update you guys when I get back ..

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!

I think generally USCIS schedules your biometrics about 1 month after your NOA1 date. My NOA1 date was 12/12, so my biometrics was scheduled for 1/12/17

So, based on your NOA1 date I'd think your biometrics would be scheduled for 1/6/2017. When are you coming back to the US?

Hello all and happy new year!

 

I'm due to file my I-751 on 01/03/17 but have a query concerning my USCIS ELIS account identifier or should I say lack of...

 

On the ELIS login website it states that anyone who paid their fee prior to 08/31/15 will no longer have access to their account. I wish I'd noticed this sooner as I've been baffled as to why I couldnt login or receive a password reset email...

 

How did you all proceed with the ID number on your I-751? Did you leave it blank and attach a cover note stating that you don't have access anymore?

 

Did any of you make a note of the number from your ELIS 'My Profile' page way back when you paid your IV fee prior to emigrating?

 

Thanks for your help, I'm worried about submitting the form without it and am going to call USCIS on Monday to ask them directly.

If you don't know it, you can leave it blank, as long as you put in your Alien Registration Number from your Green Card then you'll be fine.

Question:

1. I tried checking the case status online today, and the case was not found. Anyone else having this issue??

Your case status won't show up using the case number on NOA1. It only works using the case number on your biometrics letter

in my biometric letter here is 2 numbers ...and only the one fees waived works on USCIS page :( (i never ask for waive the fees)

Hi,

I'm in the process of filling out the newest version of Form I-751 for my husband who is the petitioner to remove condition on residence.  I'm having problems completing part 8 because where it says Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center it says:  I, and there is a box but the application won't let me type anything there.  I believe part 8 is for the spouse (myself the US citizen) and I know I must sign it but I'm a little bit confused whether or not I should put any name in the box or I should leave it in blank.  In other words who should be filling out part 8 of the newest version Form I-751.  

 

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.  Thanks for your help in advance.
