Wow. I must have got approved on a quite day. I got approved today. Recieved text and email this evening. November 2017 filer. To csc.I had an interview on 22nd of march 2018. 75 days after the interview and 195 days since filing i got approved. Also case was transfered ro nbc on may 1st and may 3rd. Good luck to all

HI! we have the same case. I also received a letter requesting me to send more evidence to them and i submitted it already on May 15th. I haven't heard anything back from them yet which is nerve wracking. Praying that the extra evidence would be enough for them.

Woke up to a notification that my case was approved! today June 5th 2018! now onto Naturalization.

When my file was in CSC, it was stalled. Then my ROC transferred to NBC, CSC moves. My ROC still stalled, sad..

Received my approval letter on 2nd June and my green card today.

Immigration Journey

 

  • On L-1B visa for about 1.5 years before getting my F1 visa.
  • F1 (2 years) to OPT (6 months) to H-1B (8 years; Had an approved I-140 and extended my H-1B beyond 6 years) to Conditional GC (3 years 3 months) to Permanent GC.
  • I had earned 40 credits in Social Security, submitted I-864W when filing for I-130.
  • Husband and I are both Indians by birth. Husband became a naturalized USC in July 2014 and I applied for AOS in August 2014.

So guys this morning I got a mail that my interview has been scheduled for my n400 but no date yet cos they said they will email my letter to me tht will show date and location. Filled I 751 December 5 2016 recieved December 7 2016. N400 December 6 2017 recieved December 8. Will keep y’all updated
