So, I'm not really sure how USCIS is processing these thing, but here goes:

1. When I first sent in the I751, we all got a NOA for a CRI-89, with the "fees waived" message, and the WAC1707xxx receipt number. NO update at all after that.

2. When the I751 was approved, I got an NOA in the mail with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT receipt number WAC1707yyyy. When i checked that number on the case status, it showed that the number was generated RIGHT BEFORE the I751 was approved. This receipt number was marked as the "I751" number.

3. This number seems to be the one with the new activity tagged to it.

Not sure why they would issue 2 different WAC numbers for the same petition...

OK I just realized that the Receipt number mentioned (the second, new one) was the ORIGINAL receipt number that was in the first NOA (not the biometrics / ASC receipt number). So all good :)

I belive approvals are totally random in terms of case numbers. For example, I see tons of approvals on 30 May and it’s all over - some at the begging of the month, some is at the middle and up. I must say I got really anxious seeing approvals / RFEs wrapped around my case yet no movement in mine, then I discovered there is tons of cases from the first week of December are still untouched as well. I kind of wish I never got a case app at the first place as it gives me anxiety. Let’s pray and hope we all get good news soon.

Didnt you say you applied for the N400? no NBC transfer will be getting approval through CSC it seems like. Different time line if you were transferred to NBC

Does anyone know if USCIS processes cases over the weekend?  I was hoping we would hear something today, but it's already 5 p.m. PST and nothing...  So will we potentially not hear anything more until Monday?

Are there any recent approvals that had the March glitch "transferred to local office???"

It seems like we are the ones left waiting for approvals

I see Feb 26 and March “local office” transfers are waiting, but the ones who’s got approved also had the same statuses prior approval, so I don’t think it’s connected. It’s just might be that December cases are sitting at the desks with no particular order waiting to get reviewed, I can’t find any better explanation than this..

My biometrics were done Jan 11, 2017, meaning they expired sometimes in April(15 months). Should I try to redo them just to be ready when they're gonna finally work on my case? They will surely request them to be up to date. Just trying to figure out ways to not further delay this sluggish process. What do you peeps think?

Mine expired January 2017, barely anyone has been requested to redo them so it's really not an issue.
