I haven't received mine yet.

Both Frody & VP19 received their biometrics letters 17 days after NOA1. I'm currently at 21 days from NOA1 and you are at 17 days from NOA1. So i'm hoping it'll be any day now

That's good to know! Hopefully it will be soon.

Since the letter comes from California, it might take awhile to get to you in Idaho!

do you know if everybody gets an interview? or just some people?

Most people don't get an interview from what I've seen. Even RFE's seem pretty rare.

I did my biometrics (Walk-in) today at Saint Louis Service center. No questions asked. Went to the center at 8 AM and was done with biometrics at 8:20 AM. There were only 4 applicants (including me) present and I was assigned token #2 for the service. Now the real wait begins..

Immigration Journey

  • On L-1B visa for about 1.5 years before getting my F1 visa.
  • F1 (2 years) to OPT (6 months) to H-1B (8 years; Had an approved I-140 and extended my H-1B beyond 6 years) to Conditional GC (3 years 3 months) to Permanent GC.
  • I had earned 40 credits in Social Security, submitted I-864W when filing for I-130.
  • Husband and I are both Indians by birth. Husband became a naturalized USC in July 2014 and I applied for AOS in August 2014.

So VJs new design messed up our list. I did my best to fix it and it looks pretty good now. I guess we just don't have the "rich text editor" option anymore, at least I couldn't find one.

We originally mailed the packet out in October but mistakenly missed a signature in the forms - d'oh! So attempt number 2 is off to a better start...

Received my biometrics today. Its scheduled for 1/12/2017

I have the same case status as Frody did. I have 2 application numbers, one for the I751 and one for something called the "CRI89"

The I751 application number did not return a result from the online USCIS case status check but the CRI89 did have the following message below. Does anyone know what this means?

We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by January xx, 2017  please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hi everyone :)

We are also December filers. We sent the package Dec 28th at CSC and it was supposed to be for delivery tomorrow and I just saw they updated delivery today. Too bad our 90 day window opened up after they increased the fees but oh well it is what it is.
