I never recieved a ROC reminder letter ...should I be worried?

From what I've heard USCIS aren't that reliable when it comes to their reminder letters, there seems to be more people that don't receive them

Hi guys! I am so confused about the 90 day window, I need help. So the USCIS site says you should file I-751 90 days before your second anniversary as conditional resident. My wife received a reminder letter from USCIS mid December. She became a Conditional Resident on 04/07/2015. I have calculated and according to my calculations I am ok to send in her I-751 on 01/07/2017. So the date on form and other information I am sending and shipping, does that have to be exactly on 01/07/2017? Or can I send it now since we have already received the reminder notice from USCIS?

Do not sent it now, they will return it for being early. The reminder notice is literally just a reminder, it doesn't signal that you can send it your ROC.

You can send your application to USCIS any time between 01/07/2017 and 04/07/2017. No sooner no later. The date of the form needs to be 01/07/2017 at the earliest, but obviously you can change the date if you end up sending it later than that

Thanks for your help! I am going to date the form 01/07/2017, and mail off that same say even if it is a Saturday. I am crossing my fingers that we receive an NOA before January 20th, when Trump takes office.

That works. I don't see how Donal Trump taking office is relevant, but I received my NOA1 within a week.

Well, I know he has mentioned in the news that he does not plan to reverse or challenge the Same Sex equality progress under the Obama Administration, but we are rather nervous and uneasy about him taking office and changing his mind. Although, I know if Trump wishes to change things it won't be something done immediately, it will take time. I just want to make sure I send everything and get an NOA before he takes office.
