Once the package gets to the foreign embassy, you can send the embassy an updated version of the G-325A. You probably need to do that anyway so that you have the most recent information in the package if the time between your initial application and interview is over 8-9 months.

I need your help please as,I am very confused.

When we were applying k1 visa and filing G-325A for my fiancee who lives in arabian country ,I did mistakes in the dates of his history of employment for 5 years and I sent his G. 325A without his signature on it and we get approved petition and it is on way to NVC then his embassy , while we are discussing about his jobs history on ds- 160 we found these mistakes on G-325A, he will put the accurate dates in Ds- 160

Shall he g

Do u think this is a problem?

Will they comment that my fiance did not sign the G- 325 although it is approved?

Will they ask him for new G-325A at the embassy?

He has proofs by the period in the places he worked for, shall he bring these proofs with him?

What is the best way he explain this to the console and does this affect on his decision to give him the visa?

Doubt it. When I did my day-260, I accidentally hit the wrong number (long nails) so our wedding date was a day wrong on the form. The CO never brought it. Just make sure your husband have a good explanation for the mistake, although I doubt they'll ask about it....

Fill out a new G-325A for him showing the correct information as you now know it and write a letter explaining the error. They are looking for fraud not innocent mistakes. E-mail these to your husband and have him bring these with him. If they ask him about the errors, he can then give them the information, otherwise he shouldn't mention it.

My understanding is that the NVC has made a determination on your case already (approved, denied or need more review). The interview is more of a formality to turn in the ORIGINAL SIGNED BY THE SPONSOR Form I-864 and to give you a list of additional information the NVC needs, if any.

Good Luck
