I-864 and non-taxable income

Hi everyone. I received the papers from my mom for co-sponsoring my husband for his CR-1, interview is Jan 3. Kinda freaking out a little, but pretty sure I don't need to, just want to make sure all the ducks are in a row. My mom is retired from the Post Office, and also receives survivor VA benefits from my father's service connected disability/death. The VA benefits aren't taxable, and thus aren't recorded on her tax transcripts. Her retirement income is listed, but that alone doesn't meet the financial requirements. She has included both sources in the total annual income on the I-864, but the adjusted gross income sections only reflect the pension and don't meet the minimum.

We have 3 years tax return transcripts, statement of pension benefit from post office, and statement from VA listing the type of benefit and how much she receives every month. Will this be enough evidence, or should I include a letter explaining the income? I currently live in the UK and have no US income, so we are fully reliant upon her income for this. I have my three years of tax returns, which all show I made plenty above the requirement.

Note: I did find some info in the following thread, but just want to confirm with my case details:
