I've been to USA and entered using B1 multiple tourist visa annotation as personal/domestical employee. I was admitted at March 22, 2015 and admission date until September 21, 2015. We filed I-539 application to extend-change Non-immigrant status on September 9, 2015. We left US around November 14, 2015. We just showed the Form I-797C for I-539 in the airport. In short, our application for extension has not been finished when we left US.

Would there be a problem if I'm going to apply for another visa which is the K1 visa in the future?

I'm hoping for your kind replies. Thank you.

You should be fine. You had a notice for the extension. Should effect future visas.
