Beneficiary Letter of Intent mixup

Hello,

My finacee sent me via Fedex her G-325, passport photo, and letter of intent. On the letter of intent she has her statement to marry within 90 days, her address, and her signature and print. She even notorized it in her city. However the send to address where it should be Dallas TX is instead directed to the US Embassy In Manila. She gave me hers by mistake With all the necessary requirements already on the page, is this ok to pass through? I don't want her to go through the trouble of sending another of she's doesn't have to. Thanks!

I think so. Many here say original documents are not required. Some get RFEs for the original.

Scanned documents from the beneficiary are fine for the I-129F petition.

We had no issues at all.

She had thankfully made me a real copy with signature, her intent statement everything that is basically needed. I emailed her two versions, one with the address for the UCSIS in Dallas for me, and one for her that had the U.S. Dept of State address in Manila. She sent me hers by mistake, but It still has her signature and statement, I'm hoping it wont be an issue when it gets examined
