Interview in 3 days need some help!!!

Hi everybody

So my fiancee sent me the packet that contains a copy of the petition but i guess the package is not gonna be in my hands before the interview...is that gonna be a problem if i don't have it for my interview ?

You do not need it. However you need K1 Approval, Original Affidavit of Support and you probably have Intent to Marry Letter

I-129F Sent : 2016-06-08

Interview Date : 2016-11-20

Visa Received : 2016-11-28

US Entry : 2016-12-13

Marriage : 2017-01-18

Get all the Copies.. If they ask in Interview, be honest that your originals did not reach on time. If they need it, they will ask you to submit or mail the Original before they can approve.

They r all at the same package :(

If the tunisia embassy has the same process as Indonesian embassy, You should receive a scan copy of the approved I-129F petition via email. It should be from the US Embassy when they notify you that your petition has been approved. I didn't realize I had one until much later. It's the same email where they tell you about your case number (the one with the three letter of your embassy, mine was JAK as I was interviewing in Jakarta, Indonesia).

Yeah, this is a GREAT advice. Be honest and be prepared. Read up, do our homework. You will be OK!
