I sent my I-129F on 2016-11-08 and received form I-797c on 2016-11-16 receipt. where would it say if it was transferred to another service center? Bottom left of form shows a California Service Center but don't say anything about transferred I'm confused. Others with similar time lines where transferred to California Service Center. Can someone help me to understand. Thanks M

Looks like you are probably at the CSC. Does your receipt number start with WAC? If so, yes, you are being processed at the CSC.

No, you didn't get transferred. You send your petition to the Texas lockbox and they send it to the service centers. Like always, it's CSC.

I-129F's used to be processed at the Texas Service Center until October 2015 - somewhere around that - and California took it over since then. Like I said, you send you petition to the Dallas/Texas Lockbox - not service center- and they forward it to the right service center that processes K1's. Good luck on your journey!

When you get transferred, it'll say: "This is to notify you that we have transferred the above petition .. -service center-"

Yours say it's being processed. I think you were confused between sending your petition to a lockbox and service center.
