Hey guys!

Man...I just went through our AOS box (we made copies of everything we sent in and put it in a box) and I noticed that we ridiculously forgot to send proof of our co-sponsors (my wife's sister) U.S. citizenship. We attached my wife's birth certificate but we forgot to attach her sister's :/ is this going to cause a RFE or denial?

Sorry for asking so many questions but I would appreciate an answer. Thank you:)

Oh snap! So umm will we get the RFE before the NOA1?

But thank you very much for your answer! I'm glad we wont get denied because of that.

@ Lena

Finished our interview this morning. I can tell you that i saw the letter I had sent in within the big green folder with my interviewer, but he didn't ask me a thing about it. Maybe some officers will question you more closely, but my interviewer seemed more focused on something else entirely.

Wow! Congratulations!!! :)

I received 3 NOA1's last night:) *yaaaaay*

The first one at 11:28pm, the 2nd one at 11:46pm and the 3rd one at 11:52 pm. The text message and the email came in together at the same time.

Its a great relief for right now knowing that they accepted my case and they are transferring it to the National Benefits Center :) I got a MSC receipt number which is kind of weird cause we live in Texas but they will probably transfer it over there.

MSC is normal for this process, not weird. Do you plan on sending the letter?
