It has been just 8 business days (spread over a federal holiday). You have to be more patient. It can take up to 30 days. Good luck! :)

You need to pay I-130 filing fee as well -> $420.

Yes, sorry the check was for $1490

We mailed 11/11, was received 11/14 and the checks were cashed yesterday 11/30 (we also got receipt e-mails / texts last night at about 10:30pm Mountain Time)

As others have said just give it some time - it's a long stressful process but you just have to takes the steps required and trust the system - it will all work out :)

Hi All,

I did concurrent filing of I-485 and I-130 for my mom this November. The application was received on Nov 21st, 2016. The checks have not been cashed yet. I see that some of your applications were received by USCIS before 21st Nov. I would really appreciate if you have any updates on when your checks were cashed.
