My dear VJ fellows,

Well after 71 days of calling, sending mails and waiting for the Packet 3 from the embassy I've got a vague mail today from the embassy stating the bellow.

" You can send us all the documents by Aramex without the payment slip and after we review them, we will upload the case to our system and then we will forward you the instructions on how to schedule your appointment.

Regards,

Consular Staff

Official

UNCLASSIFIED

Once I've got the mail i felt like I'm Benjamin Gates in National Treasure getting a clue after a clue :) .

So is anyone have an idea about which documents shall i send to them? as I'm so confused and i need to avoid any missing documents which might lead for anther delay.

Thanks in advance

Yeah I suppose but what happened to us is really awkward as I've got this mail as a response of my several mails about my packet 3 inquiry's mails.

I i don't know if you saw my previous post but our case is ready since 19/09 and since that day I've never heard anything from the embassy like y'all.

So what do you think I should send to them?

So they never sent to you the email with the list of things I just sent to you?

Well you send them exactly what is listed in my last post. When my fiancé and I first got the email had a problem with the cgi slip they mention so I emailed them sooooo many times and I finally received the email you posted. And my fiancé sent them everything in through Aramax and when they finally received it we were able to pay the fee and schedule in appointment. It took us a months for them to get back to us with the email you posted.

I can imagine how long does it take to get something from them.

But I need to ask you something here first of all I didn't do the medical test so far,so shall I do it and then send it to them or just send copies?

And I assume that I should translate the police/army/birth certificates?and if yes where I suppose to do that ?

No you don't do the medial yet because you don't send them that. You do it 3 weeks before your interview bc you take it with you to the interview and also Bc it takes a week for you to actually receive it after you do your medical check ups. And you can't just go to any hospital there are specific hospitals they want you to go to.

And as far as the translations you don't need to translate anything because there are people who read Arabic inside the embassay. My fiancé and I didn't translate anything. And we were perfectly fine.

So to double check with you what I need to send are :

1- photocopy from passport

2- photocopy from birth certificate

3- original police certificate

4-I- 134 affidavit support

5- tax returns

6 - a copy from the DS-160 confirmation

7- 2 5*5 photos

Am I right ?

And regarding the translation, have you checked that

Yes that's what you have to send to them. When they receive it and everything is good they will let you continue in the traveldocs to print out the cgi slip you pay the fees with and after you pay the fees you should be able to schedule your appointment after a couple of days.

Regarding the translation, Yes I have seen that and just like you I thought I needed translations, but I called the embassy to ask where should I get it translated for it to be viable and they told me I don't need translate anything unless it's in a language other than Arabic.

Different country I know, but it still applies and I relate because I never got a proper email from my embassy either...

I-34 needs to have a wet signature.

And there are supplements to the I-34, such as last 3 years tax returns (tax transcripts are easy to get and include all info, better than W-2 etc.), employment letter, pay stubs for the last few months, bank statement showing direct deposits signed by bank official. Pick two or more.

Also they may ask about ongoing relationship proof.

Good luck!
