I have certificate of citizenship do I need to include my Thai Birth certificate?

I have certificate of citizenship do I need to include my Thai Birth certificate in the packet? I didnt include it coz its in Thai and i dont have English translation.

or just my Passport copy and certificate of citizenship is enough?

You are needing to prove US citizenship. The instructions state what documents you can use to prove that. You can use a copy of your certificate of citizenship, or a copy of all pages of your US passport. No need for both, and no need for foreign birth certificate.
