We just recently started having arguments over nothing/are both being overly-sensitive with things that normally would not matter at all. Thankfully we can talk ourselves out of it and fix them relatively quickly, but we're struggling with all the stress and anxiety of this whole process :( We're trying to remember that it's normal to feel frustrated at the distance, but we should keep our frustrations focused on the process and not on each other, haha. T-minus 18 days until I get to see him for Christmas, though!! Unfortunately our 6-week mark is the day after Christmas, so while I was really hoping to have a CC during my visit with him (just like we got out NOA2 on my last visit to see him), it doesn't seem likely. Sigh. I hope to see some good news from people this week! Hearing other people's progress makes me feel so happy!

We're at the 4 week mark today. It's dragging by so slow. It doesn't help that we've not seen each other for 8 long months. Today is our 8 month wedding anniversary. I just pray that we get to spend our 1 year anniversary together. I've had to stop listening to Christmas music. It's all too depressing....

First scan date Sept 27th.

Second Scan December 2nd. I had an RFE due to missing to date AOS.

I called NVC on Friday and they told me the 6 weeks clock begins after the second scan date. I hope they review earlier than that since this is a simple review just checking the date. I was very careful filling out the AOS but missed the signature which really sucks. I hope the best for everyone. I know after CC I still have upto 3 months for the Interview as Nairobi consulate itself has their own backlog and do process Immigrant Visa for many neighboring countries.
