Just tried calling. I keep being told a supervisor isn't available to talk to. Is there a good time to call to catch them?

She said I need to "give it more time"... This is driving me crazy! Why does it take so long just take a second look at my DS-260?!

Just ask them to request a supervisor to call you back, we do the same.

I'm calling on Google Hangouts from the UK :(, but I'll probably have my husband do that tomorrow when he's back in the States.

Finally got to speak to a supervisor!! She was very friendly and was trying to look into it whilst I was on the phone. In the end she said it would take a little longer and she would continue working on my case now... I hope it's not lies...

Great! We will be calling again today, we called yesterday and the rep was so rude she was in such a rush! Dude you are taking ages to complete our case and still can't explain us what's going on!

Yeah, the first time a called the rep was rude and sounded like she was about to fall asleep, I got a rude woman on Tuesday as well. This time though I got a super nice guy who found me a supervisor straight away, no questions asked. How long's your wait been so far?

Hey guys! Really need some peace of mind.

Just called NVC as we hit the 6 weeks mark a couple days ago. The person on the phone told me that our case has not been reviewed yet.. And than that she is putting a request for a supervisor review and it might take up to 6 more weeks... :(

Why is this happening? Is that normal? Any experience on how soon we might hear back with the result?

Thanks!

Yes, that is normal. Most of us are waiting between 8-10 weeks from our scan date, though sometimes it's longer :( They are just very far behind right now.

Right now almost every case is taking more than 6 weeks. I was put on supervisor review a couple of days before hitting the 6 weeks. It took 2 more weeks for a CC. Keep calling them everyday to see if your case has been reviewed. At least it worked for me. Good luck!

With interviews being scheduled for 2017 will they require to see new tax information?  I don't think I made enough in 2015 to sponsor my husband alone but looking at my last check stub of this year, I met the requirements to sponsor him.  Will they consider this at the interview do you guys think?
