Just saw 3 N/A's wife is on the phone with NVC now. I got a hold of a supervisor today finally and told her how people were getting case completes and we were before them. She said they do the cases in Order. I told her if that was the case then My wife would have had her case complete by now. She said would find out whats going on I was extremely upset. I told that if she wasnt going to do anything about it I would go down to immigration and if they wouldn't do anything I would call NAACP for them being biased as well as picking and choosing whcih cases they choose to touch. These people are not backlogged. The manangers name that I spoke with is Sue. So when you call try to ask to speak to Sue I called before 11am.

If you see 3 n/a's, isn't your case complete? I feel your frustration. Hopefully, NVC will get their act together soon.

I called twice already... I hate to go into a new year with the same frustration. I rather just focus on this interview date and not case completion. I will call again tonight.

Thanks and I understand what you are going just try to get a hold of a supervisor. I didnt use an attorney though I used rapid visa. They did the paperwork for me and charged me $500 depending on the situation. My case got approved within 4 months it almost took 5. I probably would have got a case complete sooner had I let them send in the information for NVC.

Congratulations!!! What was your scan date?

Thank you october 26

We're in the 9th week now, and still no updates. I am just sitting here, wondering; will I ever get case complete!

Keep trying to get a supervisor. I was shocked when the put the supervisor on the line. Did you try to reach out to congress?

Having a tough time getting past this stage for some reason.

My scan date for AOS is Sept 26. No RFE. This went to supervisor review on 11-8 (6 weeks after receipt date). I called weekly to check status, and they would tell me every week that it could take up to 6 weeks and to keep waiting. After being in supervisor review for 6 weeks (Dec 21) they told me again that it was in supervisor review, and since then I have been calling twice a day hearing a different answer every time from supervisors that they are trying to get my case to the review department. I am not quite sure how it takes a day to overnight the package across the country but more than a week to move the package to another department at the same building. At this point I have reached out to my local US Senator (but at this point their office is closed for the holiday), and started a FOIA request so that I can file a complaint within the State Department (I know this will take quite awhile to receive any information on a FOIA request). It is pretty unfortunate that there doesn't seem to be much of a rhyme or reason as to why my case is stuck in the NVC black hole for way longer than it has needed to be, but I don't think there is much else I can do other than to call them several times a day to berate them.

Wow I feel very bad about your situation. The best thing to do when you call is ask to speak to a supervisor thats what I did. I mean its crazy I feel bad that they have not responded to you yet. You might have to say you arent getting off the line until you speak to a supervisor.
