You need to call NVC and find out when they received your documents. The date they acknowledge receipt is your scan date.

Her response makes NO sense. She thinks they will be less likely to misplace a paper file than an electronic one...? #######?? Remember, even though it doesn't seem like it, YOU are the one in charge

As I said earlier, supervisor review is a polite way of saying "yes, we know that you already hit the 6 weeks mark, we know, now go away."

Hope everyone had a joyous and very merry holiday. I was sad to be without my husband and daughter. She went to be with him for Christmas while I kept our 2 year old with me. We each had a small piece of love with us to keep us company. :luv:

On a brighter note.... I called in today to see if I had any updates and to my surprise they have scheduled my interview date!! Yay! :joy:

February 28th!! :joy:

My happily ever after is so close I can touch it!! Keep your hopes up everyone!! (L)

scan date Nov 2nd.... Supervisor review Dec 13.... Called today and still under review ... That's sad tomorrow is my first year of marriage. I will call tomorrow to check status again :(

2022/03/20: Filed N-400 online

2022/03/21: Case received, no biometrics required

2022/03/21: Online status change to Case is being Actively Reviewed by USCIS

2022/08/15: Interview was scheduled

2022/09/20: Interview Date

2022/09/20: Citizenship Approved

Case complete and 3rd N/A: 27th December. (although we noticed and call today)

October 3, 2016 - AOS and IV Paid

October 7,2016 - DS-261 submitted
October 18, 2016 - AOS and IV package sent to NVC

October 24, 2016 - NVC scan date

December 27, 2016 - NVC CASE COMPLETED

I'm so tired of the run around from NVC.

Yesterday morning I called and got my hopes up. The rep said it looked like they were just waiting on the final update and they'd have that as soon as their system updated.

I asked "final update?". And she said to call back later in the day and that they should have the final update for me. That really got my hopes up that it was done and she just couldn't officially say.

Needless to say, i was a bundle of energy yesterday just waiting to hear case complete.

Called back last night. The rep I spoke with said he had no information just that it was in review and to call back in 2 weeks. What??? So I thanked him, hung up and called right back. The second rep said it was in review but hadn't been reviewed yet.

I'm just so frustrated. NVC was supposed to be the easy part. Uggghhhhh.....

NVC Received: 21-October-2016 4 days to be received at NVC
NVC Case Number Assigned: 31-October-2016 10 days for case number to be assigned
NVC Welcome Letter Received: 3-November-2016 @ 12:10 AM 3 days from case number assigned until Welcome Letter received and invoices unlocked
IV and AOS Fees Unlocked: 3-November-2016 @ 7:00 AM
IV and AOS Fees Paid: 3-November-2016
DS-260 Unlocked: 7-November-2016 2.5 business days for DS-260 to be unlocked

Interview Result: Approved!!
Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017
