Your time line says you sent your package back in July, is it true????? What is your time line?

I have tried to edit my timeline but it refuses to cooperate and besides that it is too confusing on how to edit it. Why can't I just go to "my timeline" and edit MY timeline? And when I do enter to edit it is blank every time, yet when I look up our case in the timelines it is there with dates.

My NVC dates are:

Scan date Nov 10

Case complete: Dec 22

Basically exactly 6 weeks

You need to call NVC and find out when they received your documents. The date they acknowledge receipt is your scan date.

Her response makes NO sense. She thinks they will be less likely to misplace a paper file than an electronic one...? #######?? Remember, even though it doesn't seem like it, YOU are the one in charge

As I said earlier, supervisor review is a polite way of saying "yes, we know that you already hit the 6 weeks mark, we know, now go away."

..And... when I read NVC received, to me this means when I received first contact from NVC, not when I sent the documents and NVC received them. So the way I look at it the July date is correct.

I think I figured it out.. updated the sent items dates and the case complete date.

I am so worried. I just called nvc and rep said it was sent to supervisor on dec 20 and supervisor review can take upto 6 weeks. Fact is i talked to supervisor a day ago. What does that mean? She put me on 2nd supervisor review? Do i have to wait another 6 weeks? I am losing hope and patience?

May be its getting slow down for Pakistanis coz of upcomming Trump administration...

I do not believe that this upcoming administration has any impact/influence on this process at this time. Perhaps a year or two in the future, but not now.

It is very likely that each country has their own nuances and requirements and some countries simply are reviewed faster than others. Or perhaps the country doesn't have any effect on wait times...

NOA1 Received: May 17th, 2016

NOA2 Received: Sept 12th, 2016

DS-260 Submitted: November 4th, 2016

Scan Date: November 9th, 2016

Supervisor Review: December 21st, 2016

Medical Exam Complete: January 9th, 2017

Checklist Received: January 10th, 2017

New Scan Date: January 24th, 2017

Contacted Congressman Aid: February 24th, 2017

Expedite Approved; Case sent to Auckland Consulate: March 27th, 2017

Interview Scheduled: 4/3/17

Yes your point is very valid though nvc has their own time delayinh strategy for every country. I love Newzeland too...its a beauty country...#CricketLover :)

Sent in AOS and IV package yesterday. The tracking # eta is for 12/27. I guess it's safe to assume that most likely after the New Year it will begin getting reviewed, right? Just got my cc now

Scan date October 31

Supervisor review December 12

Case completed December 23

I have same scan date and same supervisor review date but no cc yet?

Good luck and your 6 week time will start from the day NVC will give you Receive/Scan Date
