My case was completed on 12/16.

On 12/19 I received checklist for Financial information.I forgot to write in annual income for this year, but i did send paystubs.Checklist says we can take to interview.. as of today Status still shows "At NVC" how long before that changes?

It will stay that way until you have an interview date scheduled. Then it will change to "in transit".

My 6 weeks completed yesterday. I called NVC hoping against all the odds, but was put on supervisor review and was told that it can take another 6 weeks for this review to complete.

My six week ends today, should I just wait?? How can they say it will take another 6 weeks after they've been saying 6 weeks this whole time and now it finally arrives???

I had couple of questions:

1) Does anyone gets their case completed less than 6 weeks; my scan date for me is November 29th?

2) Also, how long it takes for US Embassy New Delhi to schedule an interview after CC? For tourist visa it is 3 day wait time.

Thanks!

To answer your first question, I saw someone on here that got CC after ONE DAY! This is very very very very atypical so I wouldn't get your hopes up. It seems like the average is about 6-8 weeks from what I've been seeing in the forums.

Very depressing and aggravating news this morning. I called the NVC this morning and was in form that I have to wait another 6 weeks from November 28th 2016. How is this possible? I sent my documents in September. Scan Date September 17th waited 6 weeks and got a checklist for the I864 to be corrected. I quickly made the corrections and sent it right back. The NVC received my corrected package on November 4th but scanned it November 7th. I was told that it could take 6 weeks from then. I called to check on the status of my cases ( I have three cases at once) they told me it is up for supervisor review and can take another 6 weeks from November 28th.

The corrections that needed to be made was I put my wife and my two daughters name on the I864. They say that because of the type of visa only one name is allowed. That I have to fill out one for each. Which is confusing since the form asked if any family member will be soon following.

I did asked to speak with a supervisor but none were available. But they took my phone number and said one would call me back.
