Hi everyone on VJ.

Few weeks ago I officially and legally started my own business in the US, and it is LLC. It's basically in retail business. Someone who I know since few years who also have his own business in import and export back in my country, his business is also LLC I believe. We were seeking doing business together, he have done business before in Australia and Europe. I was thinking if he can visit my office here and see my products and maybe attend some auctions with me (he will not make any money during his stay). The only money he will make is after he returns to his country, that's IF we were to make business together.

What kind of Visa does he need? a tourist or business one? Again, he will not make any money and he will not be seeking to get any job here nor starting a business.

Can a LLC initiate a letter to support his visa application? When he applies for the visa he will show the office in the embassy that he owns his own business and its registered legally and he will be looking to import products from my LLC in the USA thru his LLC to his country or other clients he have.

Thanks in advance.
