For March's Visa Bulletin it is set to March 31st, 2016. Might as well be April 1st. Remember that February's VB had a section that specifies future movements for F2A to be between 3 and 5 weeks.

My wife and I now reached the 1 year, 1 month and 1 week milestone, and still not even a response from the i-130. It's just absurd.

Currently it only looks like a 3 weeks movement till 22. March, 2016. I hope we get one more week and I would post here if so. For now only 3 weeks which is less than expected

I don`t think so, because their prognoses  are 3-5 weeks. I think it has to do with work load they can handle at this point in time. I expect the VB 

to be in October 2016 at the end of the fiscal year, in September 2018.

hi yes, got case number and invoice number. My wife sent the documents to NVC, currently in transit.

You can already complete your package by now. Once you get the NVC welcome letter, you pay the fees, and you can send the documents without delay.

Hi Michelena,

I am in that process right now.  Basically, the new docs are your police records from everywhere you have lived after 18 years old (assuming you are the beneficiary), the income tax returns of the petitioner, last 2 or 3 W2 of the petitioner, last 3 or 4 paychecks of the petitioner.  I didn´t know about the police records and now I am waiting for the records of my wife.  That takes 1 month in Cuba.  I hope to submit everything by the middle of Feb.
