As for No2 in CSC, no one can tell you. Chart B has moved only to 1. November 2016 and they may stop giving NO2s until VB chart B moves further, so no one can predict this now.

Hi guys,

I sent my i-130 on March 2016. After a couple months USCIS asked me for more evidence then I sent them a couple more evidence and received a letter that they received my documents on Sep 2016. Since Sep 2016 I didn’t receive anything and my case status didn’t change yet. As you know time line stopped on Aug 23 for around 5 months or so. I wanted to see how many guys get any update with the file received at USCIS after Aug 2016?

It seems crazy….

So we count weeks according to those dates, for the next bulletin it will be 22. December moving to 01. February, is 5 weeks/ intervals. 

 

Yes the Vb is released much later but everyone can find out before and we are posting it early here so just read and enjoy the advance info.

I just got this today in my inbox. It's a response to an inquiry I made because I hadn't heard from NVC after I sent in the documents. I received no official case complete letter like the welcome letter. Should I be worried?

As I mentioned before, My PD is Feb 2016 and my case is not approved yet

I made an inquiry on 27th Nov(for the 5th times), I've just got the reply:

 

We are currently waiting on a related file for your case. At this time your case is on hold until we receive the related file. Once we receive the file We will continue to review your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision. 

 

 

Dear Michael2017 and other guys, do u have any comment?

It makes me a little confuse, which file? they don't let us know what they want, maybe it's something internal official, but I'm noot sure

I think they are ruuning a background check on you and they are waiting the results.
