Hi and congrats! It's a great feeling to be able to proceed forward in the filing process. You will get WL after October 1st as currently, from the NVC point of view, we are still on the September Bulletin. If I were you, I would start intensively preparing the correct required paperwork, so once you are able to file it, you will be better prepared. My paperwork was just approved without RFD (requets for evidence), so feel free to ask any questions.

Hi, All Any one from December F2A PD Got their IL ? My PD is 12/10/15..  I know i am from 2015.. but i can sneak in into 2016..

 

My I-130 just got approved after being in pending status for 1 year and 9 months.

 

Current I-130 status says Case was approved... Today i received a paper letter saying the same..

 

What are the next steps ? Will get something from NVC ?

 

Will my case get completed at NVC before my PD becomes current ? When will the PD become current ?  What is the NVC process... ? Any advice will be appreciated.

My pd is july 22, i haven't got a WL but I'm sort of exited and scared abour2the second chart movement... I don't know if it means we should have received it already or of we are about to... Have you found out anything?

With the current status are we the April up to Nov fillers allowed to start submitting the documents even without the welcome letter? Or it is a must to wait for the WL. What is the link to the system that shows which are the documents to be prepared.

Nope as well.. my husband just called the lawyer and they said that since its for october vb then probably we would get it by then.. lets just continue to pray for faster movement of chart A

Thanks a lot! :).. i came from an annuled marriage, and my son still has the surname of my last husband.. do you think i would still need his consent for my son to travel with? By the way my son has been with since birth.. and still 6yrs old.. thanks

I'm wondering the same thing. My PD is April 11 2016 and per October chart B show DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS as November 1 2016. What is the next step to do? I know we have to wait for the USCIS determines which chart to use, what if they decide to use Chart A, anything we need to?

Ohh, yeah make sense! But this is great news anyways, kinda boost the mood right! I was a little down for not knowing anything at all, at least now we know it's about to start! I'll follow you!! Since we have pretty close pd dates!

My PD is April 14, so excited to get the WL, is it going to come through regular mail? or email? if its regular mail would it be my adress on the US or to my husbands adress on my country?

I received an e-mail and also a letter. i think the e-mail waas first. My husband in Hungary did not receive anything ( I think).
