I wonder if they're going to process both petition in NVC and in Manila Embassy at the same time where they have different priority dates?

From where did you get this ? My pd is Nov 18.2016 and nothing yet 😰😰

Above seems to be fore CR1/IR1 Visas not F2A visas. Apply to USC relatives not green card holders.

Hi I am collecting the supporting documents to submit to the NVC..I am staying in Germany presently and my interview is going to be scheduled in Germany...Do i need to Translate the German Police Certificate into English or not...While I got a paragraph saying in NVC website that "

All documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which you are applying for a visa, must be accompanied by certified translations. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator stating that".

 

Please reply if someone has similar experience..Thanks in Advance

They updated processing times today. It is still stuck at August 23, 2016. Frustrating.

Those are old dates and currently not relevant and not up to date. We know that they do process September 13 currently.

Hi Michael, my Pd is july 20, 2016. My husband got the NOA2 back in November, and we know nothing else since then... Is this normal???
