Well, when you look at last years; VB, it has not moved at all in August/September I believe. Maybe it's common for the end of their fiscal.

Oh okay

So at least it moved 14 days is a good sign? :):):)

That's true! I just saw it. Between July and September, most of time the bulletin is delayed. But then it forwards again

Ok, and when it's completed, Do I have to print something? Or they will send some email telling about the fee is completed?

It will say completed in the site. Then you can start collecting financial support document. And pay for IV application fee when it's available.

Family-Based, Second Preference “A” (FB2A): Movement in October

The FB2A category is for spouses and children of lawful permanent residents (i.e. “green card” holders). This category is not expected to move much in September 2017. However, stakeholders should expect to see the cutoff date advance, once the new fiscal year begins. No predictions were provided regarding how quickly the dates may move forward, however.

I think we must wait for October VB, September will not be good... The fact that he refuses to make a F2A prediction for 2018, is also not good. If there were some clear signs, he would tell.

I saw in a televion program that Trump and two republicans senators want to reduce to a half the number of visas for the next year i want worried if it could happen since this Octuber.
