Wow is so exciting to see sooo many of you receiving WL!! Congratulations to all!! Any idea around when should I get mine??? My pd is July 22, 16. I have been thinking on make a call to see if i can get some info, do you guys know where to call?? Thank you in advance 💚

Is that the letter saying that you have been approved but there are no visas available yet so you have to wait??

Yes, that letter was from Uscis?

Hello everybody. I just want to know if you think I could have problems if I go to US to visit my husband soon. I have 6 months without been there. I feel really sad, I need meet with him so bad.

I've been there twice for 6 months. I went back to my country in January, since then I haven't been back.

Even if you turn you away, you will not have a problem with your F2A so you can risk it.

Yes, 100% sure. It can not hurt your F2A ever. There is a big thread here, "YES YOU CAN VISIT".  You should read it:

 

 

If it does anything, it helps you, because it shows that you wanted to visit your partner! No harm can be done!

My PD is September 29 2016

Did any one has updates about California center why they stuck at 23 August? 

It became annoying

Also, do any one can advise if that could affect the time for PD to be current to apply for green card?

Hi. I just submitted DS 260 and I am ready to mail out the IV Package this week. My PD is April 4th 2016.

Yes! I just check it again, I received that letter on November 22, and the actual pd is july 20!!

No, it will not delay your time for getting your green card as there is lots of time left, but, if your application is rejected, you would lose 1 year to refile a new application. This is the risk on this delay. There have been updated that some applicants got their case approved with PD middle of September, so, there is some suggestion that it is moving slowly now.
