Did you call to find out what is going on? Please post here as soon as you got NO2.

No I did not, actually I applied with a lawyer and apparently we can do nothing to influence the processing time, the problem is just with the California Center, because all the other centers are working normally

The all process with NVC takes 6 months?

Thank you remyFK and yes, I will keep you updated.  Mariale - 6 months is a reasonable estimate based on the way the Visa Bulletin is moving forward righ now (on average 1 month at a time). Currently, they are processing applications with PD before September 2015. My PD is beginning of April 2016.

Anyone heard any updates about csc

We are going to call today. If there is any news, I will tell you.

One trick to get to a live person:

You may call them at: 1-800-375-5283

Always with USCIS it is hard to get a human, instead of the voice mail. The secret way to get out of the voice mail system, is to pretend that you do not have a touch tone phone. After you first dial 1-800-375-5283 do not push any more digits on your phone. Just wait, and eventually a spanish speaking operator will greet you. Then switch the conversation to english and talk to a human..

Oh that is a very short period. Will you be able to do that in time?

When did you get the RFE, today?

Hi, MIchael.

We received the RFE letter May 16 but we still didn't send them yet as we are trying to gather most of the records. I am hoping to have our baptismal certificate this week though.
