Did you tried the option 1 choose of agent and you were not required to input the invoice ID?

Yes, I surely will. I called Nvc to ask for invoice number. You need it to process the case.

how long the 6 steps can take any experience ?

It depends on your daughter PD. We can start process the case 6 months before getting interview schedule. Base on VB, they are working on scheduling cases with PD before September 2015. What is your daughter PD?

Hi Fellow members,

Does anyone have idea if we need to select Application or Petitioner under the agent since we want to process our application ourselves?

 

while sending the documents to NVC in step 6 who sends the docs? The applicant or the petioner(who is in the US)

 

Is it really important to change the address of the Applicant? Normally nvc sends communication to the Petitioner who is in the us

From Nepal(Citizen) but I stay now in Germany...

It's better to select the petitioner as choice of agent. Then the petitioner will send all of the document. And I think you should change the address for the applicant.

Hi guys

I'm petitioner for my wife's F2A visa. She lives in India. Here is the timeline so far:

PD: 9 February 2016

Approval from USCIS: 9 June 2016

NVC welcome letter and AOS fee invoice: June 15 2015

NVC IV fee invoice: June 20 2017

 

Now just collecting all the documents to send to NVC all at once. Then hoping for a quick interview date. What do you guys expect when our interview date will be if we submit all the documents to NVC in couple of weeks?

Hi Anna,

 

you are doing such a great job helping others here so I am very happy seeing your case moving forward.

USCIS California has suspended F2A visa processing and there is no sign of re-starting. 

So, most people after  PD August 23 are now stuck. Nothing we can do, looks like it will take maybe around a year

to get NO2.... Anyhow still waiting and praying
